On average, 30 to 80 edited images per hour of photography. The exact count varies with the event flow, the run sheet, and the number of guests.

Event photography experience starts at $825 + GST, scaled to event length, photographer count, videography add-ons, and final deliverables. Every quote is built around your event, so once we've seen your run sheet, we'll come back with a clear, itemised proposal. No surprises.

Yes! I'll be your lead contact for every event. If required, I have a trusted team of event photographers who shoot to the same standard, with the same energy and eye for detail. If your event needs two, three, or more photographers or a videographer to capture the different rooms, stages, and angles at once, we've got you covered.

As soon as you have locked in the venue. The earlier the better, especially for peak season (September through December). 2-6 months is ideal for larger events, but if you're closer to the date, still send the enquiry through. We'll do our best to make it work.

We always arrive with backup equipment. Multiple cameras, lenses, lighting, batteries, cards, the works.

We also walked through the venue lighting, stage positioning, and run sheet on the night prior to your guest arrival. 

Yes, absolutely! We can arrange a videographer or videographers to work alongside us on the night, fully briefed on your run sheet and coordinated with the photo team from the moment the doors open. Highlight reels, B-roll, interviews, vox pops, social media content, the lot.

We provide an end-to-end event photography service, from your first enquiry through to your final gallery landing in your inbox.

Step 2: We jump on a call to talk through logistics, coverage, and any must-capture moments.

Step 3: On the night, we arrive early, dressed for the room in all black and ready to rock and roll.
