Your brand is what people say when you are not in the room. I had some photos done "quickly" when I started my business.

Despite the fact that I didn't like how they looked, or what I might have said if I saw them, they did the job - filled the page. Then I discovered Heidi. It was obvious to me that I had to improve the way I presented myself (perception is reality).

Despite my competence and skills, my brand did not inspire confidence in prospective clients. I booked my shoot. Since I specialise in customer experience, I am a bit of a stickler (lies, major stickler!🤣). Heidi delivered a memorable experience from the very beginning.
