And yes — I’m still a working photographer.
Yes, I’ve spent the last 13+ years teaching this to councils, schools, private companies, marketers and the public.
But this? This is the work that matters most.

I’m a multi award-winning photographer, visibility coach, and the creator of the V!SIBLE Movement.
But I didn’t always know how to show up.
In fact, for the longest time… I didn’t.
I had a business. A good one, on paper.
Billboards. Magazine spreads. Front pages.
But not a single photo of me on my website.
I told myself the work should speak for itself.
And it did — to a point.
But the lumpy cash flow said otherwise.
And deep down, I knew the truth: If no one knew me… they wouldn’t remember me.They wouldn’t trust me. They wouldn’t choose me.
why me? why this? why now?
I wasn’t just lacking a photo — I was hiding behind my work.
And honestly? I get why.
For decades, I struggled with visibility myself.
Not for a lack of skill — it was the mindset.
The generational conditioning. The toxic long-term relationship. The voice that said, “Be humble. Be quiet. Don’t be too much.”
Visibility felt vain. Dangerous. Exposing.
But I’ve since learned something I’ll never forget:
Because I never want another woman to waste years waiting to feel “ready.”
Because when you’re invisible, you’re not helping the people you’re meant to help. You’re not growing the business you know you’re capable of. And you’re definitely not creating the freedom and financial security you deserve.
visibility isn’t risky. Invisibility is.
