Applies to all online education programs, webinars, workshops, and challenges (free and paid), including but not limited to: Selfie Sprint, Phone Photo BootCamp, 1:1 session and any related digital offerings.

1. Payment & Registration
- For paid programs, you may choose to pay in full or via an approved payment plan.
- All registration details provided must be accurate and complete.
- Upon successful registration (free or paid), you’ll receive a confirmation email with access instructions and any relevant links.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Change of Mind Policy
For paid programs, a full refund will be provided only if:
• The request is made within 48 hours of purchase and/or
• Less than one module has been accessed, viewed, or participated in.
• No refunds are provided for 1:1 coaching.
- No refunds will be provided beyond this window or once content has been substantially accessed.
- Heidi Wolff Studio reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course, webinar, or event prior to its start. If this occurs, affected participants will be offered a new date or a full refund (for paid programs).
- If a course is retired or taken down after it has begun or been delivered, there is **no guarantee of lifetime access**. Continued access is not implied or promised beyond the delivery period.
