95% of people miss this one. Your email signature is prime real estate that should feature your face, not just your business details. Imagine never meeting someone from a business, asking for a quote, and receiving an email with a lovely smile at the bottom. It makes a lasting impression.

Ideally, your website should include photos of yourself and your team everywhere. This will help people imagine what it would be like to work with you. But, if you only have one headshot, place it at a minimum on the home page and your About Me page.
This is my favourite—and the most under utilised—promotional space. Raise your hand if you have a drawer full of business cards. I know I do, and I can’t recall half of them because they all blend together and lack a personal touch, especially when there’s no headshot.
Be memorable by placing your headshot on the back of your business card. That way, whenever someone flips through their cards or opens their drawer, they’ll see your beautiful smile beaming back at them. I’ve been doing this for years, and I consistently receive comments about how people remember me because of my card. Stand out from the crowd and make a lasting impression!
